Donald Trump appeared to mix up Iceland and Greenland as he made a huge blunder in his Davos speech. As he addressed world leaders the president repeatedly said Iceland when appearing to talk about Greenland.
The massive error appeared to start when Trump claimed NATO loved him until he "told them about Iceland". Once again asserting his quest to take over the territory the US president said all he's asking for "is a piece of ice, cold and poorly located, that can play a vital role in world peace and world protection".
"I'm helping NATO, and until the last few days, when I told them about Iceland, they loved me," Trump said.

Making another slip up the president added: "Until the last few days when I told them about Iceland, they loved me. They called me daddy."
The mistake happened numerous times throughout this speech, sometimes multiple times in the same sentence.
“On Iceland, that I can tell you, our stock market took the first dip yesterday because of Iceland,” he said at one point. “So Iceland has already cost us a lot of money.”
Users on X rushed to have their say on the blunder. One user commented: "Trump just mixed up Greenland and Iceland in the most Trump way possible.
"Let’s be real: Dude’s out here ranting about Arctic islands, mixing up the two like they’re interchangeable fast-food sides, and dropping “daddy” like it’s a NATO title."
"OMG he doesn’t even know the COUNTRY!", added a second.

And this is not the first time Trump has made this error as only yesterday at a conference in the White House did the president once again confuse Iceland for Greenland.
Trump said: "As an example, Iceland, without tariffs, they wouldn't even be talking to us about it."

His Davos speach also sparked new concerns over his health with viewers claiming there appears to be an issue with his voice.
One user believes "there is something seriously wrong with Trump" adding that he "sounds like he will collapse." A second added: "Listening to Trump. He sounds ill, slurring, stumbling and stark staring mad. Rambling, incoherent, spouting untruths, and utterly unhinged."
