Donald Trump, 79, was filmed swaying and appearing to drift off to sleep standing up as Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lee Zeldin discussed the Clean Air Act during a news conference, which was aired on Fox News. When the Cabinet member finished his lengthy speech, Trump took to the podium and stated: "That was long." Zeldin looked awkward after the President moaned about his eight-minute monologue; however, he also branded the speech "great" and told the former lawmaker from New York he appreciated his words. But Fox News viewers were more concerned about Trump's health, with one writing: "Completely out of it. Trump sways on his feet and nearly falls asleep while standing up."

Another said: "I was watching that and really thought that he was about to breathe his last."
A third added: "Can you imagine the outrage if President Biden did this?" Meanwhile, a fourth said: "Maybe if he spent less time on Truth Social posting in the wee hours in the mornings and more sleeping, he would not be swaying while on his duty to the American People."
Someone else claimed: "He hasn't got a clue what's being said. You can see it." Another added: "I don't ever want to hear the phrase 'Sleepy Joe' again."
Trump's public eye resting, as the US leader has described it, has become a common occurrence over the past year.
Recently, the Wall Street Journal reported that his staff had asked him to keep an eye out during public events.
He defended his health to the publication after growing questions were raised about it, as he's the oldest person to assume the US presidency.

Trump stated: “I’ll just close. It’s very relaxing to me. Sometimes they’ll take a picture of me blinking, blinking, and they’ll catch me with the blink.”
