However, U.S. President Donald Trump was not happy about the AI discussion, saying that "The only control or 'guardrails' that AI needs is a STRONG AND SMART (High IQ!) PRESIDENT, and the U.S.A. has that, in spades!" Meanwhile, the financial costs of the Middle East conflict continues to rise, with the U.S. nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office estimating another $2-3 billion being spent for each additional month of fighting.
