Climate Week NYC Kicks off With World Leaders’ Commitments to Action

Those leaders present at the opening ceremony of Climate Week have made clear calls to collectively tackle climate issues. Climate Week NYC’s opening ceremony and conference began on Monday in conjunction with the United Nations General Assembly Debate and High-Level Week (21-29 September). In addition to the main conference, held in the Glass House on 12th Avenue, there are multiple events hosted across New York City—more than 1,500.
