A man has been arrested and charged

A baby is fighting for its life after being 'shaken so hard' it sustained critical head injuries, according to reports.
Emergency services scrambled to a home in Two Rocks, a town 38 miles north of Perth, Australia, last Thursday, reports the Daily Mail . They found an 11-month-old in a critical condition and transport the infant to Perth Children's Hospital.

The baby is thought to still be in hospital in Perth in the same condition. A man has since been arrested and charged.
He is a 25-year-old man from the town of Two Rocks. He has been charged with aggravated grievous bodily harm, reports news.com.au.
A Western Australia Police spokesperson told the outlet the infant and the man were related to each other.
He was bailed on Wednesday (July 9) at Perth Magistrates Court ahead of another appearance at Perth Magistrates Court on July 29, reports added.
The name of the man has not been disclosed at this stage.
