Stein is best known for his 2008 bestseller The Art of Racing in the Rain, which was adapted into a film in 2019. Seven years before the fame, Stein and his wife, filmmaker Andrea Perlbinder Stein, bought this Seattle home, and now it’s back on the market. The brick Colonial Revival in Seattle’s Mount Baker neighbourhood is asking $2,450,000, Realtor.com reports.
