At least seven people died when a highway bridge collapsed in Russia's Bryansk region near the Ukraine border, emergency services said Sunday. Just a few hours later, a second bridge in Kursk region collapsed as well, derailing a freight train. Russian investigators have said that both incidents were caused by "explosions".
